I just placed an order online, when can I expect it to show up?
We ship via USPS, UPS and DHL Monday-Friday. You can expect your order to ship from our roasting facility next business day. We are unable to ship on Saturday and Sunday. Any orders placed over the weekend will be fulfilled and shipped on the following Monday.
We ship whole beans to ensure that your coffee arrives as fresh as possible. However, we know that not everyone has the means to grind their own beans, so if you need we can do that for you. Just leave a note while checking out online!
When is your coffee best?
We suggest using up your STOKE within 2 weeks of the roast date for the best flavor profile.
When will I be billed for my subscription?
That is totally up to you! When you purchase a subscription, you select the frequency of which you would like to receive your STOKE. Depending on the frequency you choose, you will be billed every 1 to 6 weeks.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Easy, log into your account on stokedroasters.com. You'll be taken to "My Account", from there select "Manage Account", go the the "Manage" dropdown bar next to the subscription you would like to cancel, and select "Delete Order". If you have any troubles, feel free to email us at email@example.com
I'm interested in your Wholesale Program. How do I start?
